This is a paper sheet that allows for easy visual confirmation and evaluation of liquid leakage from products. Please place the product pouch or similar items on the sheet. If there is any liquid leakage, it will change color.
The display substrate (sheet) undergoes special processing on the paper surface, allowing it to change color when liquid adheres to it, making it possible to visually confirm the presence or absence of liquid. When the liquid is only water, it returns to its original state upon drying, allowing for repeated use. On the other hand, if there are non-volatile components in the liquid, it will not return to its original state after changing color. The sheet can be cut, folded, or bent just like paper, and does not require electronic devices, enabling simple and physical confirmation of liquid leakage. For example, you may be facing issues such as not noticing liquid leaks due to biting, pinholes, or seal defects during automatic filling into aluminum pouches, not knowing where the leak is coming from, or wanting to simplify liquid leak checks as much as possible. By preparing the display substrate (sheet) from Nippon Paper Papylia and placing the product pouch you want to check for leaks on top of it (for sampling inspection, etc.), you can easily confirm the presence or absence of leaks. *If you want to check for leaks of water that does not contain non-volatile components, please use the 'Water Droplet Detection Sheet (Aqua Mist Checker)' which does not return to its original state after turning blue and drying. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
